We provide cab services (SUV and Sedan only) for:

• Local travel within cities
• Outstation trips to nearby districts/states
• Airport pick-up and drop services

Currently, our operations are focused in Bihar and selected neighboring states.

2. Booking Process

• All bookings must be made via our website, WhatsApp, or call.
• Upon booking, you will receive confirmation and driver details.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any booking without assigning reasons.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Our pricing is based on distance, vehicle type, and service area.
• All charges will be communicated upfront. No hidden costs.
• Cash and UPI payments are accepted. Advance payments may be required for long-distance trips.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure timely availability at the pickup location.
• Maintain cleanliness and do not damage the vehicle.
• Respect the driver. Any misbehavior may result in service cancellation.

5. Driver Responsibilities

Our drivers are instructed to be punctual, polite, and maintain vehicle hygiene. In case of any misconduct or issues, please report immediately to our support team.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, roadblocks, or mechanical issues. In such cases, we will try our best to arrange alternatives but do not guarantee compensation.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
